BIOGRAPHY

Nancy M. Patrick, RHU, CSA, CLTC

After working in the insurance industry for eight years, Nancy drew on her expertise in employee benefits to establish Quality Group Designs, Inc. in 1992.

Following that, in response to changes in the industry and the needs of an aging Baby Boomer population, she expanded the business to include Long term Care Insurance Decisions. She was among the first to be certified in Long Term Care and the first Certified Senior Advisor in Central Florida.

Nancy has lived in Florida since 1969 with her husband, Dennis. In addition to being a wife and mother, Nancy has also assumed the role of caregiver, which gives her special empathy for the challenges many families face.
